I provide practical support to community pharmacy teams to help them strengthen quality, prepare confidently for contract monitoring visits, and understand what to look out for in relation to assurance, standards, and service delivery.

Community pharmacy teams are working in a highly pressured environment, and monitoring visits can feel daunting without the time or capacity to step back and review systems properly.

I offer support to help pharmacies prepare for visits, understand expectations, and identify areas for improvement before issues arise.

Support can include
