At SJP Inclusive Care Consultancy, I help primary care, PCNs, and community services move beyond awareness training and tick‑box exercises.
My work focuses on real, sustainable change that improves experiences for people with learning disabilities, severe mental illness, dementia, neurodivergence, and underserved communities.
I work alongside teams to:
- Identify gaps and barriers
- Redesign pathways and workflows
- Improve coding, compliance, and culture
- Build confidence in trauma‑informed, accessible communication
- Create environments where patients feel safe, understood, and supported
- Strengthen staff skills, systems, and consistency
